Erectile Dysfunction (ED): The inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. It can result from physical causes like cardiovascular disease or diabetes, or psychological factors like stress or anxiety.

Premature Ejaculation (PE): Ejaculating sooner than desired during sexual activity, often causing distress for the individual or their partner.

Delayed Ejaculation: Difficulty or inability to ejaculate despite adequate sexual stimulation, which can lead to frustration and relationship issues.

Chakra Meditation (Swadhistana chakra) practices, can alleviate performance anxiety and improve mental clarity, fostering a healthier sexual response. While these practices can support sexual well-being, they should be integrated with medical advice and treatment for comprehensive care.
